Nicoletta is a holder of an LLB Law Degree and an LLM in International Business Law from the Birmingham City University in UK. Nicoletta during her studies, she was an active Member of the 5th Cyprus Youth Parliament, in Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights and Equal Opportunities between men and women.

Nicoletta is an advocate in the Corporate and Commercial Department, and she is dealing with the corporate administration and restructuring of Companies in the jurisdictions of the Republic of Cyprus, Marshall Islands, Delaware, United Kingdom and Liberian ensuring the proper compliance with the Law. Also, Nicoletta is dealing with the banking institutions and is assisting clients on Commercial Matters.
