Georgia Onoufriou

LL.B, University of London; MSc in European Policy, Law and Management, The Robert Gordon University; BA (Hons) in Political Science and Public Administration, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Georgia is Counsel and Advocate, advising on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Her work covers corporate structuring and reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and transactions, and governance and compliance frameworks, including data protection and GDPR.

Years in senior leadership roles in the corporate and fiduciary services sector give her a practical understanding of how structures operate, which she brings to complex cross-border arrangements for corporate groups, entrepreneurs and private clients.

She is an HRDA-accredited trainer and legal educator in company law, prepares candidates for the Cyprus Bar Examinations, and is a registered Family Dispute Mediator.
