Account opening

Common questions

What do Cyprus banks ask for when opening a corporate account?
Banks typically ask for corporate documents, information on the directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners, a description of the business and expected transactions, and evidence of the source of funds. Requirements vary by bank and by the nature of the activity.

Can the firm guarantee that an account will be opened?
No. The decision belongs to the bank. Our role is to present a complete and credible application, which in practice improves the prospects and shortens the process.
