Maria is a holder of a LLB Law(Hons) and of a LLM Law from University of Kent.
Main Areas of practice
Maria is an advocate in the Corporate and Commercial Department, and she is dealing with the corporate administration and restructuring of Companies in the jurisdictions of the Republic of Cyprus, Marshall Islands, Delaware, United Kingdom and Liberian ensuring the proper compliance with the Law. Also, Maria is assisting clients on Commercial Matters.
