Corporate Lawyer (Full-Time, On-Site)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
- Manage day-to-day corporate legal operations for a portfolio of clients
- Draft and review contracts, legal documents, resolutions, and company constitutions
- Oversee corporate governance and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise directly with clients, authorities, and counterparties
- Assist with M&A transactions and commercial negotiations
- Handle complex cross-border structures, including trusts
- Ensure compliance procedures are consistently applied
- Maintain timely and professional communication with clients
Candidate Profile
- Law degree from a recognised institution
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate law
- Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
- Proven experience in M&A, contract drafting, and negotiation
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is considered an advantage
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity
