Katerina Constantinou

Katerina holds an LL.B from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Throughout her studies and professional career, she has gained extensive experience in various aspects of Cypriot law, including inheritance law, contract law, and other areas of business and commercial law. Her broad expertise in these legal areas makes her a versatile and knowledgeable legal professional.

Katerina is an Advocate and Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including company formations, corporate administration, restructurings and ongoing compliance matters.

She advises local and international clients on shareholder arrangements, commercial agreements and day-to-day corporate governance issues, supporting the structuring and efficient operation of business entities across different jurisdictions.

Katerina is involved in the preparation and review of corporate documentation, coordination of filings and regulatory submissions, and the implementation of internal compliance procedures, contributing to the department’s delivery of structured and commercially sound legal solutions.
