Andreas Mylonas founded AMG Mylonas & Associates, LLC in 2013, having practised as an advocate since 2009, and has led the firm to nine consecutive years of ranking in The Legal 500 EMEA. He leads the firm's most significant corporate, energy, shipping, fund and real estate mandates.
His practice sits where law, capital and strategy meet. He advises investment funds, listed and international companies, energy developers, shipping groups, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on transactions, structuring, regulatory matters and disputes. An entrepreneur as well as a lawyer, he starts from the client's commercial objective and builds the structure, the team and the connections needed to deliver it.
An LL.M in Digitalisation and Tax Law from WU Vienna and an MBA give him a combined legal, tax and business perspective, particularly valued by clients building fund, digital and cross-border structures.
