Alexander is a holder of a Law Degree in Commercial Law from Institute of Law (Belarus). As additional education Alexander completed various legal courses in George Mason University (USA), Bucerius Law School (Germany), WIPO, CIIM (Cyprus), Russian State IP Academy (Russia).

He is currently completing his Master Degree from the Cyprus International Institute of Management in Financial Law and International Taxation and getting ADIT qualification.

Alexander is dealing with intellectual property protection and commercialization, complex licensing transactions, international taxation and other commercial matters.
